pipopa! Commissions

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.

All commission payments will be taken by PayPal invoice and using USD currency.
Customers must pay invoice at least half of its full amount before any commissioned work can begin. The invoice must be paid in full before receiving the final product.
Prices to the left are for non-commercial art commissions only. The artwork cannot be used commercially or be claimed as your own. In order to use any commissioned work for commercial purposes, a discussed price will be made as well as a personalized contract.
Any refunds requested will be given based on how much of the commissioned work is already completed. Read below for clarification.

The customer first must contact me- preferably with the form given below. The customer and I will talk through any additional information needed as well as a price quote. Once everything is approved, the commission will be accepted and an invoice will be sent to the customer using PayPal.
Half of the invoice must be paid before the commission process begins. This is non-negotiable.
A sketch will be produced for the customer to look at and approve. Largescale edits may be made at this point until the commission sketch is to the customer's liking.
Once approved, the commission's refund policy will be updated to the approved sketch stage.
The commission will continue to be worked upon. If the customer wants any additional updates after the sketch has been approved, they must pay the invoice in full.
Once the commission is completed, the invoice must be paid in full to recieve the digital file.
Smallscale edits may be made at this point. Any largescale edits at this point will require additional payment to be made.

If the commission is cancelled before any progress thresholds have been completed, a full refund will be given.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any point, a full refund will be given.
Approved Sketch : 75% of refund will be given.
Lineart (Done or almost done) : 50% of refund will be given.
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
All commissioned artwork, unless stated otherwise through a discussed contract, is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods is prohibited.
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to this page or social media listed above)
Any watermarks must remain intact and unaltered. We can personally discuss what will and will not work for your peice.
You may not claim the artwork as your own.
